Went for a wander around my local foodie precinct today and dropped into two of my fav foodie havens.
Located on Bourke St, Formaggi Ocello has recently been voted best cheese store in the SMH Foodies Guide 2010. It has an incredible range of cheese and even has a dedicated cheese room. They are licensed and have fab coffee too.

Crown St Grocer is a family run business that has a very comprehensive range for such a small space. They too have a wonderful range of cheese and antipasto options and possibly the best ricotta cannoli I've ever eaten. Plus a fantastic range of goodies from great quality fresh produce to chocolates and herbs & spices, this place has it all covered.
