I went to the most fabulous book launch tonight at The Summit Restaurant, located on level 47 of Australia Square. What a view! and because it's a revolving restaurant, across the 90 minute duration I was there, I pretty much got a 360 degree view of the city.
The launch was to celebrate the first cookbook release by head chef and owner Michael Moore.
The mock up of the book looks stunning, I look forward to seeing the final version when it is released in October. The food was incredible, kingfish sashimi, crispy pork belly and king prawn skewers. Desserts included panacotta with cherries, fairy floss and mini macarons.
I look forward to Michael's first cookbook. The first of many I'm sure.
