I went to Le Pain Quotidien in Surry Hills today for a coffee. It had a good flavour and was served nice and hot. The Surry Hills branch is located near the corner of Bourke and Foveaux St. They have the most fantastic giant choc-chip cookies!
I bought some finger limes in Thomas Dux today. They are currently in season. I just love them. They are like lime caviar. They taste divine on salmon or any kind of fish. I also went by Hudson Meats and picked up some New York cut steaks for dinner. They certainly come at a price but the quality of the meat there is incredible. Hudson Meats also have a wonderful array of ingredients and a great range of foodie books.
