I have always wanted to stay at the Park Hyatt on Sydney harbour and on Saturday night I did. We had such a fabulous time. They made us feel so welcome from the start. The food was exceptional, the service amazing. This is a real deal five star hotel.
Their club sandwich is up there with the best of them. They even brought us complementary Anzac cookies made by their in-house pastry chef. The breakfast buffet down in the Harbourkitchenbar is incredible. There is an amazing selection of fresh fruit, Sonoma breads, hot food and great 'real' coffee. I ordered a latte and it was as good as any of the coffees I get from good cafes. Wow, what a hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone from overseas, interstate or even someone like myself having a mini break in my own city.
