Etch Restaurant

Let's do Lunch was at Etch Restaurant today. This is Justin North's other restaurant, the head chef in house is James Metcalfe. The interior is stunning and gives the restaurant a lovely ambience.
For our mains we had spaghetti with prawns, thai basil, bok choy, chilli and crispy pork hock. The flavours were beautiful but I could've done with more of a chilli hit.

We decided to share some desserts and I'm so pleased we did as these were the highlight our of lunch.
We shared vanilla creme brulee, green apple sorbet, green apple and mint salad, a chocolate peanut butter mille feuille with manuka honey marshmallow and a pineapple and coconut parfait with a pina colada jelly.
All of which were incredible.
I'm going to miss Let's do Lunch. Only one more to go.....
