The last Let's do Lunch for the season was at The Summit today.
I was at The Summit recently for a launch that was held in the evening but during the day the view is even more spectacular from up on the 47th floor.
We had the seared fennel salt jewfish fillet and roasted rockfish tomato bisque with a green salad.
The bisque had a beautiful well developed flavour and the fish was cooked perfectly with a crispy skin.
I had a fabulous Campos coffee to follow.
I would love to return to The Summit for a weekend lunch to sit back, relax and enjoy the view.
