Guillaume at Bennelong

Let's do Lunch today was at the beautiful two hatted restaurant Guillaume at Bennelong.
It's been a couple of years since I last visited and it reconfirmed in my mind why it is one of my favourite restaurants in Sydney.
The views are spectacular, and the food and service are both fantastic.

We received warm sourdough bread on arrival.
On the menu today was free range chicken with silverbeet and cauliflower puree. We ordered a side of paris mash to accompany it. I think this restaurant does the best mash in Sydney!

Coffee followed lunch but unfortunately no dessert today. Some of the dessert options looked incredible.
What a restaurant, what a location!
