Let's do Lunch-Glass

Let's do Lunch was off to a flying start today with an incredible lunch at Glass located at The Hilton hotel.
The special for lunch was crispy skinned pork belly with swede puree, asparagus, watercress and candied apple with pork jus. The flavours were absolutely beautiful and food was served nice and fast, catering to the business lunch scene. My lovely dining companions and I shared handcut chips and fennel salad with blue cheese, walnuts and blood orange.

We couldn't resist sharing some desserts including a vanilla creme brulee with macadamia biscotti, churros with orange marmalade and chocolate sauce and the showstopper, Luke Mangan's signature dessert, liquorice parfait with lime syrup, sublime.

We were lucky enough to have Luke swing by our table and I complimented him on his signature dessert.
It was great to see a head chef checking in with the diners. It seemed everyone was having a wonderful time.
This Let's do Lunch is going to be hard to beat!
