I visited the new Westfield in the city on the weekend for the second time and decided to check out Charlie & Co, Justin North's new burger restaurant.
There was a huge queue. I think it took about 15 minutes to get served and probably about another 15 minutes for the burger to come out, but it sure was worth the wait!
I had tried the wagyu beef burger at Justin's Plan B cafe next door to Becasse and it was fabulous so I was hoping this burger would be just as good and it was. This time I tried the Maiden Marrakesh Burger which is premium lamb with parsley, mint and cumin served with harissa, tzatziki and preserved lemon.
The flavours worked really well together. I'm looking forward to returning to try the parmesan and truffle fries and the BLT.
